Halloo,

I hope you are all doing well.

It is no secret that I suffer from Chronic Pain. I have been going around with this condition for more than 20 years, so I have learned one or two things along the way.

About 5 years ago I made a very serious decision to stop taking the many tablets prescribed by doctors. This wasn’t a very easy decision, but I needed to stop walking around like a Zombie and really have a life.

I read and experimented with a lot of alternative therapies. One of the ways I find to be really effective and easy is with the use of NATURAL SALTS!!!!

NOTE: I am not sure salts cure pains, but they relax you and calm you which gives you a very good chance of fighting whatever comes your way.

I simply run a warm bath, then add a combo of Dead Sea Salt, Himalayan Salts, and Epsom Salt. I also add some essential Oils. Then I have a good soak for like 20 minutes. I can’t stay longer because I have dry skin, longer stay in the bath will dry my skin out.

I do know that not all of us have a bathtub. My suggestion to that is getting a wide basin, fill it with warm water, add the salts and oils, then dip whichever part of your body that is hurting. If this is also not possible due to the part of the body in question being wide, then take a towel, dip in the salty water and place on the affected area. Do this as often as you can.

This treatment is not only for people who suffer from pain. It is great for general relaxation and can calm the nerves too.  A great help for Anxiety and Depression.

Please in your quest to embrace nature, don’t forget Natural Salts.

Stay with me,
