Halloo,

The Corona Virus outbreak is affecting our lives in every possible ways. This is a very worrying time for everyone, no doubt about it. Especially for those of us at risk people.

But today is St. Patrick’s day in Ireland and all over the world where they celebrate this green day. We have no parade going on in Ireland as it is a must to observe social distancing so that the spread of this virus is limited.

This will be the first time in history that there is no parade to celebrate Paddy’s Day. But we all agree that this is absolutely necessary. So what are we to do instead?

I have seen some really amazing things people are doing in their homes to celebrate. I am going to celebrate by bringing you down memory lane of years gone by of Paddy days.

Come with me.

Sometimes all we can hold on to is the great memories we created when we can. Let’s make every minute counts. This one of the life lessons living with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain taught me.

Stay with me,

Ruka
