Halloo,

TRAIN YOUR CHILDREN!

Every time I hear the word ‘WEIRD’ ‘QUEER’ ‘STRANGE’ or such words used to refer to a human being my heart hurts. Maybe because I am one of those who never fit in and know how hard it is no matter how you look on the outside.

This case of this young girl brings back these memories to me, especially when the boys involved are being quoted referring to her as ‘WEIRD’. Not acceptable!

Parents should really look into the kind of individuals they are raising. I know from experience that parenting is really a hard job. But let’s do everything in our power to mould children into decent human beings.

Why would a 14-year-old feel comfortable to sit in front of the police and refer to another person as ‘WEIRD’? I think because this was not corrected at home by parents, so these young ones feel it is okay to say such.

I don’t even want to go into the ordeal this young lady was put through before finally dying in the hands of these boys. I still believe no parent will ever say it is okay for their children to go killing others. Am I naive?

But, I believe that some behaviours show themselves in our young ones, and if we truly care we shouldn’t ignore it or pass it off as a joke or something.

Words and attitudes affect young people badly, leading to a wide range of mental health issues, even suicide. Why do we not talk to our Children about the consequences of their words and actions?

I have no formula for raising a decent child. But I try to make sure I instil the values of kindness to others in my children. I talked to them about accepting others no matter their colour, age, sex, sexual orientation, religion, beliefs, and things like that.

I don’t know what made them do these and frankly speaking it doesn’t matter. This is bad. No excuse can justify this.

WATCH YOUR CHILDREN!!! You are responsible for their actions.

Rest in peace Ana Kriegel. We are all praying for you.
