Halloo,

I find that it is so easy to forget the numerous helps we get from total strangers when those close to us let us down. I mean, it is only human to be angry and bitter when the very people you bent backwards to help turn a blind eye in your hour of needs.

Life is funny like that. The very people who caused you heartaches will be the people to stand up making jest of you and your predicaments. This is nothing new, it has always been like that in history. It is like that right now. And it will be like that in the future. We human beings are a very confusing creatures.

Let us not forget to continue to do what we can in any we can to help others, especially those deserving of our help. If you have the capacity to help, please do so. No matter how tiny, do your best.

The general idea that money is the only way to help others is false. Some of us may not have money to give, but we have gone through some life experiences that make us sympathetic and good at listening. Empathy is a good way of helping.

It is a shame that some people looking for help do not value advice or the empathy shown to them. The only thing they place great value on is money and material things. Instead of tapping into the life experience of others and learn from it.

All the same you just do your best. Don’t give what you can’t afford. Don’t kill yourself in the name of helping. Do what you can and let your conscience rests with the sure knowledge that you have done what is within your means.

Helping others is beneficial to both the giver and the recipient. Our God is not blind, everything we do and the intentions behind it is very clear to God. Those you help may not show appreciation, they may not acknowledge your efforts. But take comforts in those total strangers who do not know you but come out to help and support you. That is God way of rewarding you.

The light we shine on others will always reflect back to us.

Keep doing good.

Have a fantastic day.
